PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
Pursuant to ART. 12, SEC. 1, p. 25, and ART. 10, SEC. 2, p. 23 of the Creekwood Amended and Restated Code of Regulations, dated 5/22/04: Any infraction of the Code of Regulations, including not properly curbing your dog will be fined at $200 for the initial infraction, $400 for the second, and $800 for the third, etc… with subsequent fines doubling at each occurrence. Please inform your tenant(s) of these fines.
